Anita and Steve were struggling to blend their love of modern design with the character of their Victorian home.
Despite gathering inspiration and samples, they felt overwhelmed and unsure how to move forward.
With busy careers and no time to source products or manage contractors, they turned to our Full Works service for expert support and end-to-end guidance.

Briefing & Concept
In our initial briefing, we explored Anita and Steve's lifestyle, needs and vision. We then created a concept board that combined their Pinterest ideas with our design expertise, giving them clarity and confidence in the design from the outset.

Design Development
We re-worked the layout, moving the position of the WC to improve flow and added integrated hidden storage. A muted green palette, bold striped tiles, brass accents and a checkerboard mosaic floor were chosen to honour the character of their home whilst giving a modern and hotel esque feel. Anita and Steve loved the design from the first presentation and couldn't wait to see it come to life.

Project Management
Once the design was approved, we managed the project from start to finish, coordinating with the contractor, purchasing all materials and products and providing updates throughout. Clear communication and regular check-ins ensured a smooth, stress-free process, allowing Anita and Steve to focus on their busy careers whilst we brought the space to life.

The Results
Anita and Steve now have a bathroom that’s both beautiful and practical. A perfect blend of modern design, character and period charm.
Thoughtful details like hidden storage make the bathroom easy to maintain, while the relaxing atmosphere offers a place for Anita to unwind after a hard day's work. It’s a space that reflects their style, brings them joy and fills them with pride on a daily basis.
Friends and family can’t stop complimenting them on the stunning transformation.

The Impact
Anita and Steve are overjoyed with the transformation.
What once felt that a depressing and frustrating space is now a sanctuary they’re proud to share. They no longer have to spend their weekends thinking about tile samples, taps and paint colours.
They can get on with their busy lives and enjoy their beautiful and functional new bathroom.
